how do i get personas do load from the gallery? I'm hitting the button and nothing happens. When I try to add to fav I'm sent to error page. Help?

I TRYING TO CHANGE MY PERSONA (HAVE PERSONAS PLUS) EVERY TIME ON EACH PERSONA I'VE TRIED, I CLICK ON THE YELLOW BUTTON THAT SAYS -CHANGE PERSONA- THE SCREEN FLICKERS BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. IF I TRY TO ADD THE PERSONA TO MY FAVORITES FOLDER I AM SENT TO ANOTHER SITE THAT HAS A -2 ON THE SCREEN. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING INCORRECTLY. I REALLY LIKE THIS FEATURE AND WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME OF THE PERSONAS I LIKE BEST.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
