rpc.html keeps popping up supposedly originated from firefox
When this pops up it defaults to firefox. I try to delete it but it pops up every few minutes. It just started this afternoon. Can I get rid of it and can you help?

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
