My Firefox seems stuck. Everything was working fine and now I have no bookmarks or history. I have restarted and contacted Apple and no one can help. Do I need to reinstall?
The message I receive is "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. I tried restarting and renaming the file but that file already existed. There are no add ons when I open the manage add ons extensions. Please help. I am a Mac user.

Why are you not using latest firefox 7?
