How can I get my foxfire button back and get rid of the halloween ad-on bar?

I down loaded the ad-on halloween address bar and now I cannot delete it and get back the foxfire button and address bar, can someone please tell me how to do this ? thanks

You see the orange (on Linux gray) Firefox button if the Menu Bar is hidden (View > Toolbars > Customize or right-click a toolbar).
You can hide or make the Menu bar visible via View > Toolbars or via Firefox > Options.
If you need to access the hidden Menu bar then press F10 or tap the Alt key to make the Menu Bar appear temporarily.
