new folder name for bookmark not working since upgrade

Hello, I use to go to bookmark, click the + to add a new folder in the bookmarks and then name it.

now since upgrade it allows me + click the + sign adds a folder but folder called NEW FOLDER and wont let me change

so when I go back in and try and rename, it jumps to some other folder. silly behaviour.

can you let me know if this recorded as bug with current version or something in how we do it has changed.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Hi - it could be the source of problem I read it .. but there is alot of gobble guck for my simple head what do I do, to get my bookmark folders to be happy bookmark folders and play ?

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
