a problem with Adobe Flash Player

I have Mozilla Firefox 5.0.1 Any page where Adobe Flash Player is needed (for playing back video) does not work. It askes me to Install Adobe Flash 11, but it is alreade installed on my computer! For example this link does not work: http://www.vesti.ru/only_video.html?vid=373879

At the same time this link DOES WORK on Opera brouser that is installed on my computer as well.
