mozilla won't load after update installed

I was using Mozilla Firefox 3.??? . I loaded Speedbit Download Accelerator and then upgraded to Firefox 9. Firefox asked to restart computer. It would not reload Firefox 9. Uninstalled Speedbit Download Accelerator. Firefox still not loading. Message to "restart computer to complete Firefox upload" keeps appearing. No luck. Still won't load. Tried Tried Windows System Restore to pre date problem. No success. "Restart Computer" Message still appears.
