Skype crashes when I call contacts. Skype said the available solution was to down load new Skype version. I down loaded new Skype and it did not help. The following message appears upon crash.

I had the same type of failure. It was caused by a FF upgrade from V4 to V9.1. Dearing 1955 did not say what version caused the problem. My USB ports started acting up. I could not install the Webcam that was installed before. The HP Scanner of my OJ 8500 stopped working (USB). Did get it to work via Wireless. Removing FF did not clear the problem. Believe I have infected USB driver now.
