"configuration error-no video id set" what does this mean? I got this when i tried to view a full episode of Flashpoint on the CBS site

I tried to watch an episode of Flashpoint on the CBS web site and this is the message that came up and would not allow me to view the episode. "configuration error-no video id set" what does it mean? I have the newest adobe flash player downloaded, as well as windows media
