I use firefox 10.0.1 and I am trying update to 10.0.2 but I can't. My desktop is connected on lan of my job, and here have a proxy and a firewall. What can I do or release on servers to update the browser?

You can ask your IT to have you download the updates or give you the address of the proxy server. With proper description of request and the approval of your superior, I'm sure the support team will allow it.
