When I click on the Firefox icon, Firefox does not open, however, my computer says that Firefox is already running. I have deleted and reloaded the program, but that did not work.
When I tried to uninstall Firefox, so that I could redownload it, my computer says that I have to shut down Firefox before I can uninstall it.
