i keep getting pop up windows showing up, they ask if i want to "undo or send or bookmark or inspect element (Q) or other windows that look like tool bar windows. How do i get rid or stop these from popping up?
everytime i try to type something in the web address box or want to use the tool box at the top of firefox which says File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help- i get different windows that come up, some say undo, copy, paste, bookmark etc, how do i get these to stop coming up.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
