I am running firefox 10.0.2 and I downloaded personas plus and also personas rotator and tried to get rotator to work. I think I have a newer ver of firefox and don't know how to get it to work.

hello, firefox 10.0.2 is an outdated version of the browser - please update firefox!

personas rotator should work with the new version. in case you're having problems please consult the description of the addon at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/ad.../#addon-description.
