can not load Firefox onto one of my laptops
I have two laptops and have Firefox loaded and working on one laptop, however, when I try to load it onto the other laptop it will not work. It appears to download and then asks to restart, but then the program seems to not have loaded. Any thoughts.

Possibly Security systems preventing changes.
