I can't print web pages or emails. All I get is a blank page with nothing but the headed tag at top.

I can't print my emails. Tried to get help from my email provider. They asked if I could print pages. I tried and found out that didn't work either. All I get is a blank page with the header tag at the top.

Hi,

Please see this. If the web page has a Print button/icon you can try to use that. You can also try right-clicking on the relevant section of the page > This Frame > Print Frame.

I have been using computers for almost 20 years now. I doesn't matter if I use "Print" button on page, or "file" -"print", or right click to "print", or try to print from "Print Preview" I get the exact same results. The printer spits out a blank page with only the tag on the top identifying the source. (The print preview shows all of the content.)
