this crash issue is caused by a file named nw.dll. I have found no information regarding the function of this specified DLL file.

Can you please do the following: Open the Windows search and try to find nw.dll on your computer. Once you found it, move it to trash. If your computer shows any malfunctions after removing this file, please restore it to its previous location. If everything works as it should, you can empty the recycle bin.

If you are not able to delete the file because it is "in use", see Firefox crashes when you open it (under Backdoor.Ulrbot.C) and Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.

thank you for the help. I deleted the nw.dll file and its ok now and I can use firefox for last long without crashing.!!

Did you find out to which software that nw.dll file belongs or how it got installed?
