I have a Hotmail email account and was trying to send an email to someone and I could do everything but, when I clicked on "To" I could not see any email contacts to click on to send the email to. All the tabs were there but, in the space below where there would be a list of contacts there was a small circle of dots going round and round. So, I tried clicking on "Contacts" on the far left of the screen located a bit under the Category "Messenger". When I clicked on Contacts it brought me to a new window called "People". I still didn't see any contacts but, there was a circle of dots going round and round. I did some searching and found out that I was suppost to upgrade to Outlook.com and try to see if that would fix the problem, it did not. I tried this a few times and still nothing I noticed that when I was on Outlook.com I could not attach pictures as attachments as nothing happened when I clicked the word Attachments. I then decided to try accessing my hotmail.com account with IE and then everything worked and was as it was before. What did you change with FireFox 15.0.1? Why am I having this issue? When will this issue get fixed?
