currently checking in from google chrome it sucks

No FireFox is on my task manager, also hunted for my profile to remove the lock, cannot find the profile at all. Restarted my computer, also uninstalled firefox and re-installed. Still receiving the same error;

any other suggestions?

Try to delete the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile.
