can not download a video while it is playing on screen

I can download any video that I see on my computer . but today I can not download a video which I am seeing it . and the word " converter " appear in place of word " download " . the other videos are downloaded normally .

there are many videos in this website , you can download it easily by means of IDM or firefox 17.1 but you can not with some videos . I notice that there is not fullscreen mark in these video screens so you can not enlarge it to fullscreen . you can not download it ( but sometime you can do )
