Hi, I have windows 7 with the latest firefox upgrade and use microsoft security essentials. I was able to print coupons but no longer can. The last few times I received a pop-up error message which I can't remember but appeared to be a security issue - something preventing the coupon from printing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled java a few times with no luck and have done the same with the coupon software. All this so I can save $2.00 a month on groceries. I can't swear to it but I believe I was able to print coupons even after upgrading firefox. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi jfm11355,

You might try going into Microsoft Security Essentials, Setting, and uncheck Real time Protection (just momentarily) then try printing from the site. We have see MS's Real Time Protection block the coupons from printing in some cases.

Please let me know if this works.

Thanks for your help but it didn't work. I receive the following pop-up: "You may be running a program that interferes with our security. Please exit these programs before attempting to print."
