23.0.1 will not accept keyboard input
Since upgrading to 23.0.1 this morning I am not able to use keyboard shortcuts, type in the address bar, search box or on a page. I have tried opening Firefox in safe mode but that didn't help.

Some have reported that pressing F9+Windows one or more times has worked to fix issues with the keyboard not working.
You can also try to reboot the computer.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
As indicated in my initial post, I have tried opening in Safe Mode. I checked and I am using the default theme.
