In flash, a pop-up that is necessary for my game to work will not load, will js errors preventdefault and mutationobserver

I have completely erased flash and all of its components and reinstalled, reinstalled firefox, cleared my cache, reduced the graphics quality, not used multiple tabs, run security scans. These errors happen:

[18:48:42.417] Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead. 


[19:37:58.847] Use of getAttributeNode() is deprecated. Use

getAttribute() instead. 

[19:37:58.939] Use of Mutation Events is deprecated. Use
MutationObserver instead.

Please help!!!

Does "my game" mean you wrote that game?
If so, see this:

If not, see the support desk for that game as it isn't completely compatible with Firefox based upon those error messages.

I have tried again and again with their support services and have been told it must be an error on my end. I know nothing about js. Could you give me a suggestion on what to tell them please? Thank you!!!

I don't think that those errors would cause the Flash plugin not to work (this may change in the future).

\Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

I have tried in safe mode and turned off hardware acceleration and the game still freezes.

I have sent the codes to the support people. They say it has to be a problem on my end.
