Always being redirected to multiply websites

When ever I go to a web site and click on any item I immediately get redirected to multiply other sites plus I get multiply popups within the web site that I'm on. Popup blocker is checked within Firefox and I've done "Restart with add-on disabled" in the Help menu. At one time this solved this exact problem in the past but it no longer has any effect. I also restarted Firefox to the default status with no noticeable effect either.

Try reset.(all information will be deleted)

Help ->Troubleshooting information -> "reset" on right hand side.
