can't sign in to my account & don't recieve email to reset password!
This is so frustrating. I try logging in to my firefox account,says incorrect username or password. So I request an email to reset password & never get it. I've checked spam,etc. the usual suspects nothing there. I'm using a @icloud email if that's of any help. I used the same email to set up this account so I could post on here and it worked fine. Everytime I try to reset my password it says it has successively sent a link to the same email address but nothing, not a thing. Anyone, thanks in advance for your help. Oh' yeah, windows 10, dell laptop, firefox version 59.0 !

Hi, There is contact info in this. Yes you do have to create a Bugzilla account, explain the issue and wait, could be several days. Come back if do not get a answer and give the bug report number if there is one and will contact a Supervisor which will take a couple days also as Volunteer Support does not have access to those servers. :

Thanks for the timely reply. I don't know why or what was happening earlier, maybe working on their servers, who knows but the point is I was able to sign in with my original password no problem. So, I guess I should keep this Bugzilla account for support. I've been locked in to google's system with gmail, & having my contacts backed up among other things so I usually use chrome when I'm on my pc, & safari on my phone. So I'm trying Firefox, I like the user interface and it seems to be user friendly. I was a bit worried this morning but all's well that ends well.Thanks Again.
