As a follow up. My notification to confirm my e-mail address (sent from you guys_ also went directly into my trash folder rather than into my inbox.

I submitted a question stating for help with this problem: that emails from one of my friends is going directly into my trash folder rather than into my inbox.

When setting up a profile to ask this question and receive help, I was directed to confirm my email address. That notification from your organization also went directly into my trash folder rather than into my inbox.
