I am running Firefox 31.0 on a Mac running OSX version 10.7.5. When I go to the menu bar as directed by the instructions, there is no "sign into sync" button. If I go to the customize option, I see a sync button to add. I added it, and it does nothing. There is a "sign into sync" bar at the bottom of the customization window, but clicking on it does absolutely nothing.

I would prefer to stick with Firefox. But I have 5 Mac devices I need to sync across. If Firefox can't help this, I can go to Safari. At least I can CALL Apple for help. No contact info is provided by Firefox. The reason I have 5 Mac devices is because their customer service is excellent. Firefox has none at all.

Hello debokey,

I am really sorry that you had to face this problem. You can see sync sign up option (you will see get started) by typing about:accounts in your address bar and hitting enter.

Hope it helps.

You can always ping back for any help and I will try to help you.

Thank you for the patience :-) .
