Good morning everyone:

I created this new Firefox Mozilla account because the old one won't let me log in since I changed the password, because it asks me for the recovery key and two-step authentication and I can't find those two things. Does anyone know how to get my old account back? Thank you.

Hola, Lamentamos que no puedas acceder a tus datos de la cuenta de Firefox pero la unica forma de acceder a los datos es con la contraseña de la cuenta, key recuperación sea de Firefox o de la autenticación de 2 pasos ya que los datos estan cifrados nadie tiene acceso a estos datos.
