Got new laptop (window 7) and logged into Firefox sync account (33.1.1). Everything seems to work except passwords. I don't see any synced passwords on new PC. Tried multiple times disconnecting from sync account but still don't have any synced passwords.

Hi pindchhapar, Sorry about this issue you are facing. Have you checked whether you have chose to sync the passwords on your first device.

If other items are able to sync, the most likely possibility is that there are no passwords to sync and that could be because you chose not to sync the password on your previous device.

Try disconnecting your primary device from sync and then add it and after that add this new laptop and see if fixes the issue.

If you are using a Master Password, Sync won't synchronize your <strike>bookmarks</strike> passwords, at this time. A Bug was filed months ago and the Mozilla developers are working on fixing that "oversight" with the new version of Sync that came with Firefox 29 and later versions.

Hi there, thanks for quick reply. First computer (iMac) is selected to sync passwords and I have hundreds saved. I tried disconnecting and syncing both first and new laptop but still no success. Interestingly new password saved on new computer get synced back to first computer.

You can check the about:sync-log page via the location/address bar to see if there are errors reported.

You can temporarily set the services.sync.log.appender.file.logOnSuccess pref to true on the about:config page to also get a log of a successful Sync. Do not forget to reset the services.sync.log.appender.file.logOnSuccess pref after you are done with testing.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
