TB icon is different on different computers

I recently installed TB on my second Win7 computer. Both TB versions are up-to-date. In other words, both computers are running the same version of TB, 31.3.0.5444. The TB execute icons on the two computers are different. Why is this? I would much prefer to have the cute blue bird holding the envelope between his wings on both computers to start TB.

yes and yes. I think they will be the same build, proving the if you have it you keep it theory.

Matt, I noticed in your post on the Bug Report that you said trying to change the icon in the shortcut through properties produced an error message. Just so you know, it did not give me an error message. I still have not been able to change the icon on the exe file.
