Can someone help with Warning: Unresponsive Plugin Shockwave Flash and Warning: Unresponsive Script?

My PC is only four months and all the problems I have been having comes from using Firefox. For four weeks I've started to use Internet Explorer without any problems, Firefox for years has been my default browser therefore I would like a fix for these issues. I have also had four months of hell with blue screen messages.

I have added blue screen re-start fix for those with thisb problem.

How to fix "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" after HP tried remotely to fix, but each time the issue return as soon as they finish. What they did was configure a crash dump for ten days at the end the report came back to the problem has to do with Firefox, it was Firefox is misbehaving, Hardware Acceleration feature is causing problems. Since HP remote technician went into Firefox's Options, Advanced, uncheck "Use Hardware Acceleration When Available." It's running perfectly.
