When i launch mozilla i get d3dx9.dll not found...

Whenever i Launch Mozilla firefox i get an error d3dx9.dll missing plz reinstall and try again I've done that like 4 times its still not working, This all happened when i installed a new windows again and wanted to install mozilla plz anyone help as this is my fav browser. That DLL is part of Windows' graphical subsystem. After you reinstalled Windows, did you run Windows Update to get the million patches for Windows 7, or at least Service Pack 1? It's possible you need to do that first before Firefox will work normally.

Meanwhile, it's possible that Firefox will run in its Safe Mode, since in that mode Firefox doesn't use all the graphical features on your system. To start Firefox in its Safe Mode, try holding down the Shift key when starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).

Does that get you started for now?
