More and more of normal mail is going straight to 'Bulk Mail'

I have a Bulk Mail folder and recently what I call normal mail has been going there. I've twigged what is happening and now look there as well as my Inbox. But why does this happen?

Bulk mail is a yahoo mail folder, their interpretation of a spam folder. Changes to what goes there are a direct result of the yahoo spam policies and you will need to look for solutions with them..
