Is the file that is saved/used by a third party through the Flash Player Plugin cleared when I close firefox?

My settings in Firefox are: Tell sites that I don't want to be tracked. Clear History when Firefox closes. Keep Cookies until I close Firefox, and Warn me when websites try to install add-ons.

Flash player and Adobe Air are not installed, but I have in the past set up Flash player to let me deny the third party request and I simply live with not getting access to the Videos. If the third party file is cleared when I close firefox then I would like to install Flash player after isolating my personal files from the third party.

I don't know whether Firefox can or does remove Flash "local storage objects", which is the kind of data storage the Flash player asks about. There is an add-on for that, so I suspect it isn't automatic:
