Let's check this first; Your System Details shows;

Installed Plug-ins

Shockwave Flash 11.3 r300 Shockwave Flash 19.0 r0
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Note: Edge on Win10 does not use ActiveX version but its own Flash.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Flash Player Version 19.0.0.185
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Note: Windows users must download the “Internet Explorer” and “Plugin-based browsers” installers.

I don't have an answer, but I have had a similar situation happening to me for a month with Twitter. When I first Open to Twitter Fresh no problem. After an Hour refreshing Twitter I get this Window Popping Up telling me [ ".A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue." ] Every-time I am Refreshing Twitter after being on it after 30 minutes to an Hour. I just click on the [ Debugger ] and get this complex box on the bottom of the Tab Window I am in [ Loading various codes (I can't understand them) ... ] So after I wait 30 seconds after its up, I do nothing but close the [ Debugger ] and pretty much it resumes after that. But why I am getting the Window popping up all the time on me (?) I was looking around for what seemed similar to me, but not quite.
