I wrote an email to multiple recipients (around 300) and I want to send another message to the same recipients. When I try to select the recipients, I can only copy one at a time in a new message draft. How do I select all and paste into a new message?

Right-click the sent message - Edit as new

Delete the existing contents in the message body, and enter your new body text.
