Lost Password, need reset, not coming in my email (fdano@cox.net) I am receiving email but not my reset.
My email is fdano@cox.net. I have used Thunderbird for years and recently my XP died and I had to replace it with Windows 10. When setting up Thunderbird I could not find my password. I tried to do a reset but although I receive other mail the reset didn't come through. I am having trouble setting up my computer without the passcode. I tried to get the reset sent to my alternative email which I set up but I got a message back that I had to use the original email address. What do I need to do to get a reset. Always, Franklin

You need to work with your email provider. Thunderbird has nothing to do with administering email passwords.
