How do I restore the settings I had for Pandora Radio before a upgraded Mozilla?

more options

Pandora recognized me when I opened the site and no longer does. I don't remember my Pandora password and the email associated with my Pandora free account no longer exists (so they can't send me my password.) I'd hate to lose the dozens of identified artists that exist in my Pandora rotation. Help!

Most likely Pandora was remembering you by a cookie Firefox was sending when you visited the site. An update shouldn't normally clear any cookies.

Did your Firefox perform a Refresh? The tell-tale sign is a new folder on your Windows desktop named Old Firefox Data. Inside would be a folder with a semi-random-name with file modified dates around the time of your update. Do you see anything like that?

If you have that folder with a file named cookies.sqlite inside, that may have the missing Pandora cookie. Please make a backup of that file in a safe place and we can suggest next steps for tapping into it.

Hi

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but more of an issue with the web service you are using. I would recommend contacting them to seek a solution to this issue.
