I am uninstalling Firefox after many years use. It constantly crashes, freezes & is slow. I’ve tried all fixes. Firefox is just unstable. I waste hours a day.

I am uninstalling Firefox after many years happy use. Firefox constantly crashes, freezes & is slow. I’ve tried all fixes. I don't have any questions because I've tried all the solutions, and Firefox is just too unstable. I waste too many hours and days and months trying to get it to work smoothly. The alternatives are not great, but they are still better. One thing that might help is for Mozilla to stop making updates just for the sake of updates and just fix the stability problems. I use Windows 7 Ultimate.

I'm not having the slightest trouble with Firefox's stable, standard release 49.02. You will get a lot of updates with Fx 52(nightly?). Why are you using it?

I quit using Firefox and tried Nightly, but it is just as bad so I will be uninstalling it also.

This is an option; Install an older version of Firefox {web link} Look for the directory of the version that you want. But remember that old versions may have security issues.

They should change the name "NIGHTLY" to "DAILY" because they send an update every day.
