Why whenever I try to print anything mainly in outlook, does it no longer print but tells me to send a fax?
Have never had a problem printing anything I want until just the last few weeks. Most of my printing is from email (Outlook) but also need to print other things from the web. Now when I say print it looks like it's going to do it, shows the printer being readied etc, then just when it should start I get a message that gives me a couple of instructions on setting up a fax. I do not want to fax anything, don't even know if I can, just need printed copies.

Is your Printer selected?
Windows 7 printing defaults to Fax until the user selects the "hardware printer". Once selected and printing is done, Firefox should remember that setting.

Thank you for answering. Printer was selected. Found a suggestion somewhere that I should reload firefox. Did that and then print function began to work again.
