I accidently deleted an email account in T-Bird. I have it backed up, how do I find the backed up files to move to account?

While working with att tech support, they told me to delete the account that I was having trouble with. I did so, it did not fix the problem, and now all the emails that were associated with that account are gone. Thankfully I have a weekly backup of all my files on ACRONIS on a separate hard drive. I want to restore the thunderbird email data for that account. Does anyone have suggestions or do I need to go to Acronis and pay for tech help?? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Upon deleting the account the account data itself has not been deleted from the profile. See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Thunderbird_:_FAQs_:_Recover_Deleted_Account
