How do you turn off arrows for correspondents in the sent folder

The arrows in the sent folder beside the correspondents name makes it difficult to make out the name quickly at a glance. Can the arrows be turned off?

I don't know if the arrows can be removed, but you can display the Recipient column instead by right-clicking any column button and selecting the ones you want.
