How can I adjust the message unread/read interval in Thunderbird 52.2?

Hi.

When I click on a message in Thunderbird, but not open it, it changes from a bold font to a non bolded one. I used to be able to change the setting from 2 seconds (read) to 6 seconds (read). Now, I can't find the setting. Hard to move things around without making a message appear as read when you want it unread.

Kind of driving me nuts. Any help appreciated!

TIA.

Here is a perfect example - (of course, the version is very old and it's not there in 52.2)

Solved the problem - settings is buried under Options-> Display -> Advanced.

Thanks anyway!
