Somehow my “Personal” folder in Firefox got renamed to “VRE Directory – NO”. When I try to access a subfolder within the renamed directory I get the following error message from Firefox: The current operation on ‘VRE Directory – No’ did not succeed. The mail server for account xxx responded: [NONEXISTENT] Unknown Mailbox: VRE Directory – NO (Failure). I tried renaming the “VRE Directory – No” back to “Personal”, but I get the same error message. How do I recover so that I can access all my messages in the subfolders?
