I have saved a couple of e-mails into a file and now trying to access an email with attachments, but the original mail opens up as the mail directly below it, which is from a different person altogether. Desperately needing the original mail that I saved.

Try to rebuild the index file of the troubled folder.

Right-click the folder - Properties - Repair Folder
