Since the release of FireFox 57 most people in the office have upgraded to it but out of 10 people three of them are having problems printing where FireFox just prints blank pages. I've checked and everyone is using the most recent printer drivers, if they didn't have them I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer using the most recent drivers but still those same people just have blank pages come out when printing on FireFox but not Edge or IE.

I've reviewed the Mozilla "Fix Printing Problems" article and nothing that was in there made any difference; any addons that they installed in previous versions have been disabled in version 57. I can't make any sense of why some people have this problem and others don't as there doesn't seem to be any difference in the printer / driver they are using nor anything different about FireFox itself. Does anyone have any idea's?
