My home page (att.net) disappeared. The home page included news, weather, etc. Now, when I click on the Mozilla Firefox icon at the bottom of the screen, a blank page appears, and on the left side of the screen, there are numerous menu items, and many of the items lead to the same blank page when I click on them. I am still able to reach my email if I click on the "email" item.

I've tried to problem solve and have followed instructions on how to restore the home page but this hasn't corrected the problem.

HELP!

Hi, Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla from with in Firefox before posting a question. This helps us help you. I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues.

Did anything happen to make this change that you are aware of ? A update, virus scan or cleanup that you can attribute to this ? Download, install something, go to a weird page ? Make any changes at all ?

Working with out enough info I need to ask. Also I am in Canada so att.net goes to http://start.att.net/ and Firefox blocked it from redirecting to http://start.att.net/?inc=meta&metats=1520761416

I am not aware of anything that caused this problem. This problem began last week when I turned on my pc, and I clicked on the Mozilla Firefox icon at the bottom of the screen, which is what I always do, and it's supposed to open the home page with news, weather, etc.

Ok, not knowing where to start as know idea of Firefox at bottom of the screen. Let's try this. Takes 5mins or so : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's(Win10)) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 58.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
