Yahoo emails come up in a separate window on the screen--how do I get rid of them?

Notices of Yahoo emails come up spontaneously in a separate window on the screen, displaying the sender, and covering up whatever I'm working on. There's a delay, so they are often not even current emails. You have an option to "dismiss" each one, but the next one just comes up. I have no need to see these since I can easily just open email when I want to read emails. I'm worried that if I do a public slide show, these email notices will still be coming up over the screen and be very distracting for the audience.

Hi, suggest you find your answer at Yahoo since it is their notices. Or simply log out of Yahoo mail. How is this a Firefox Support Issue ?
