Firewall rules for Firefox 61.0.2 (64 bits) not working
Hi, After reinstalling Windows 10, I installed Firefox 61.0.2 (64 bits). As usual, I set my Windows Firewall as "Block all".
But, the rule for Firefox does not work anymore. %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe
On the version I used before, I had no issue with this single firewall rule. Which rule must I add to make it working?
Thanks!
Chosen solution
In the end, I installed the 60.0 version (the installer was downloaded from the Mozilla website). This time, FF has been installed by default in Program Files.
With the firewall rule set on program files/firefox.exe, everything works fine.
Then, I installed the update directly in Firefox 60.0 (not with the downloaded installer exe). And now, I can access the internet on the 61 version.

Hi, Firefox.exe should not be in that location but your Profile should be. Firefox files can be found in these locations : C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData
Simply Search for Firefox.exe
If need more help : As this is not a Firefox issue but a OS issue and do not have a answer beyond above for you please seek help from one of these respected sites

Hi! No, there is no Firefox related folder in Program Files. I was the first surprised about it. And I didn't change the default installation folder. The only one Firefox.exe found is located in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe
My OS is freshly reinstalled and up to date. And nothing found on any forum.
I'll try installing an older Firefox version.
No firewall issue on Firefox 60.0.2.
As stated FF isn't a O/S or firewall software that is done by the O/S or 3rd party software you install. And your saying no firewall issue with FF 60.0.2 is what exactly?
