New messages wont fetch until I click "Get Messages"

I leave thunderbird open all day, forever it has always fetched my emails every 1 Min. Now im noticing that its not grabbing my messages until I click "Get Messages" then it will download all of the emails. I have 6 Email boxes on my device and 4 of the 6 are working perfectly, but 2 are not. Im fully up to date and dont know what could cause this problem.

I suggest you increase the checking period to no less than 10 minutes. (15 minutes in the case of Hotmail)

I tell you change it to no less than 10 minutes and your reply it is one minute. Do you see a problem here?
