HI, when writing an email in thunderbird the my language is Hebrew and when i press Caps Lock button then it will type automatically in English-Us Language.

This is not a Thunderbird issue, it is keyboard setting.

Are you using a MAC ? Maybe there is a setting such as.... The 'Keyboard' settings will have 'Input source' tab There may be a checkbox selected - unselect it. EG: 'use the Caps Lock key to switch from and to US'
